      Have been using this bank for years. The location is a little awkward as it is on entryway to Marshall's Plaza which is a high traffic area but have always had excellent friendly service. The staff have often gone out of their way for me when I've had difficulty like fraudulent charges on a credit card, etc.

      The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. However the drive thru ATM is often out of service and the inside counter is consistently understaffed at peak times such as lunch and Friday afternoons. I dread going inside to wait in the interminable line because the one counter teller has to spend eternity answering simple questions for one customer who obviously doesn't use a computer or smart phone. The other tellers are working the drive thru or the business window. Whenever l need to go inside the bank, l visit the one on James street or in Liverpool if I'm in the area.

      Wth is wrong with this location?! Never a speedy stop even through drive through, figure 30 min per car... Associates are very rude, not helpful with questions in any way.
