  Update: despite my bad experience I change my rating to 3 stars because at least Candi B was very pleasant and able to help me. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Just called for a little help with my account. I have good phone manners and I’m always polite but it didn’t matter. This woman was as curt as possible. I kept my cool and was patient with her but she had no patience for my questions and acted like I was bothering her. Felt like I was being rushed off the phone. Could hear her sighing in exasperation over the phone. I thought the whole point of being able to talk to a representative is to get help and good customer service. Closing my account asap. That was the worst experience I’ve had with any “customer service”.
