I frequently go to and use this bank and I am ALWAYS greeted almost immediately by extremely friendly, professional, and just wonderful people. They ALWAYS provide the best customer service and I truly appreciate them. 100/10 w00d recommend.

Darlene was very rude. Took calls for appoi the time, said hi to other people, had people come in and she was talking to employees during our meeting. I had to repeat multiple time my information because she wasn't listening. Then she refused to print my info. Last straw was her claiming she told me information when I told her she never said it. I left

Wow! First of all, I did not expect the service I was given to be so awesome. The staff I called about the issue was very friendly and welcoming. I just opened the account all online a few days ago and ran into some problems and the amazing staff I spoke to at this location gave me the answers I needed and fixed the problem within minutes. I would 100% recommend their service. This bank is amazing.
