I've been trying to get a new debit card now for the past 4 months and I have not received one yet if i could give you guys negative 5 stars I would this is just ridiculous and poor customer service. š”š·

I donāt know if this is a law with bank saving accounts but I HATE the 6 minimum withdrawals limit. To keep matters simple, I was in a situation where I had no choice but to make separate withdrawals within a given month and M&T didnāt like that so they blew up my phone and left voicemails then gotten letters in the mail being professionally threatened to have my account removed. So with my financial situation under control, I no longer have a savings and just keeping my checking account. I didnāt bother returning the calls to these women because one of them went out their way to threaten me in a professional tone. So from now on I donāt go inside the bank to see a teller. I make all my deposits through the Indoor ATM and all is well. If it wasnāt for the rude employee, I would have walked inside and explain my situation and maybe work something out. But as a M&T customer since 2013, this took me by suprise. On some days, expect to wait almost 10-30 minutes max for someone to see you since they only have 2 people working behind the counter the last time I went to a teller. Knocked off 2 star for the stupid 6 max withdrawals per month and the threatening voicemail.
