      I am very disappointed with this branch and my experience. Last year, my dad became terminally ill and had trouble with mobility. He began to sign his checks over to me and I did mobile deposits into my account at this bank. The first check was cleared and withdrawn. No issues.. Deposited his second check, it cleared and money available no issue; until I went to this location for a withdrawal. The teller, an older woman, said that "this is alot of money for you to have" not sure why a couple thousand dollars was alot for ME to have but ok. Then she told me that i had to bring the person in with there ID. She refused to give me my withdrawl. She talked to me like I was doing something wrong or illegal after I explained that this had been done before, the endorser of the check approved and has a signed document with my name to cash checks... I contacted the manager and she was pleasant BUT I still had to bring my dying dad , who could barely walk to the bank in the middle of a pandemic with his ID to satisfy the teller curiosity to know where/who my money came from.....2 weeks later deposited his check again, went to a different branch, NO ISSUES. No empathy for customers.
