M&T is committed to personal and professional service and always exceeds expectations. They have been supportive during the pandemic, for which I am grateful. My frequent interactions with Mr. Nayab Nazar were very positive; he followed through and was very professional. As a small business owner, I appreciate their hands-on and personal approach.       I would give zero if I could. Nayab Nazar, the Relationship Banker at this branch was extremely unprofessional. The whole experience with him was like haggling over the price of a bag of potatoes. Closing my account, withdrawing my money, and never coming back!
