      Terrible customer service. We made an appointment to establish a new account, were kept waiting a half hour past the appointment time. Then discovered that their so called relationship banker did not know how to set up an account the way we need it done. This would have been far less annoying, if M&T had any way this could have been discussed initially by phone. They appear to have no sense of whether they are wasting a customer's time.

      Be careful using the atm by main entrance tried to make a cash deposit 1/15/2022.My last try only received a receipt with technical difficulties with customer service number and branch closed Monday (thanks). And deposit door making weird sounds make sure to use during banks hours to be on the safe side to resolve your issue.
