  I absolutely love this location! These people are always there to help in any given situation and most are so friendly and cheerful! I am glad that I bank with M&t!

  I visited this location twice. Once I definitely ignored the signs of how unwelcoming this location can be. I obviously went to open an account I was not offered any options of banking but instead was told to start of with 25 dollars I believe. I decided to put more in because this will be the bank that I will use due to relocation. Any-who the reps name was Wendy Hearn. Very loud, and you can tell that she believes that she owns M&T. Pretty sure she’s been there long enough. The one rep who greeted me was nice and calm. However she went into the vault to get my bank card and there goes big and loud Wendy the wolf following behind her. She even interferes in our slight transaction but telling me “Well you need you drivers license” I thought okay did the nice lady didn’t ask me for it yet but okay. Wendy was no where near the counter when she loudly stated that I need an ID. I mean who goes to a bank without ID? I think that it was a better way for her to ask for my ID. Perhaps I would have preferred her to mind her business however that is impossible. Sometimes you have to give other people chances in life. Do not just assume that certain people do not know any better or better yet don’t know how to conduct theirselves with business. If you ask me Wendy needs to retire. She was way older than the other ladies you can tell and maybe her attitude adjusting due tinier age. Wendy was very rude she took over the entire transaction I guess to prove a point. She even snatched my Drivers license away from me. Best advice for this location is to start over because the culture can really suck especially if you are African American. Perhaps she may just be rude to everyone.
