  If you’re ever in Belair md and you need to stop at m&t bank please go to any location but this one the awful customer service tht i received at this branch from THE BANK TELLER MRS LUCY WAS UNCANNY & not at all the experience I’ve received with previous encounters at other Branches or any banking institution I’m still in shock by the intense interrogation I received the lack of customer care, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged no smile just a lot of smug stares and daunting accusations customers should never enter a business and feel like they are gum on someone’s shoe, I did speak with the branch manager who did apologize but she also tried to make excuses for the teller stating they’ve experienced some fraud and robberies but I explained to her even if my intentions were of Tht cynical magnitude it should have never been displayed every customer should be treated with dignity and outstanding customer service needless to say she(the branch manager) did assist me with my transaction but i’m Still left with a unsettling bad taste in my mouth, i’m Certain I wasn’t the first that HAS ENCOUNTERED THIS....
