      Okay so out of all the banks I've dealt with, if this was my first experience with m&t I wouldn't ever go to another one. The tellers don't even greet or acknowledge my existence! Being someone who had worked and been involved in customer service I would think this would be a top priority for a bank especially! Very disappointing because these aren't young kids these are adults but don't know the first thing about properly greeting a customer. So sad.
