      Just used the drive thru to make a deposit. Very easy to follow the ATM screens.

      Seems this bank doesn't understand what insufficient funds mean so they allow transactions to purposely get overdraft fees around the end of each month. Targeting those without a weekly or biweekly paycheck autodeposit. Im a stay at home single mom with very limited funds and now M&T is taking what little i do have in fees. Disgusting! So sick of banks doing this to people and it adding up to over a hundred and fifty dollars because of a 5 dollar transaction instead of DECLINING like normal. I thought M&T would be different from the rest but was wrong. Terrible like the rest of them. I avoided banks for years because of this sticking to pay pal because they dont charge overdraft fees like banks do. Im thinking about going back to pay pal.

      We stopped in the Plumtree office on 9/22/21 to make changes to several accounts. We found Alexis Diaz who was working a service desk to be very professional and efficient in addressing all our needs. Thank you! This is now our new office of choice in the Bel Air area.
