Not worth the 1 star I gave them. I've used M&T Bank for years. The customer service number is worthless. They can never assist with anything, and they always refer you to a branch. Just through the whole bank away. Enrolled in online banking, and I used it for about a year. Then 1 day it stopped and hasn't worked since. But Its been 3 years, since it stopped working. I've called and called. Eventually, I moved my money. I keep the bare minimum, not even 5 dollars. At this rate, I feel they have a high potential for a breach. The worst bank ever.

This bank is racist!I came in ,signed the clipboard to open a account and was skipped.A black lady who didn’t sign in was called in front of me by another black lady who work there!
