      I want to stress how insensitive, unprofessional and out of touch the manager, Lisa J Hillyer at this branch. She refused to cash a well needed UNEMPLOYMENT check from the state of Maryland. I had more than enough proof of who I was and where I lived, as did I have my significant other there and she still refused to cash this Maryland Unemployment check. She did a poor job. She is insensitive to people having a rough time during this terrible time. She is the worst. If I could give this bank based on her job a lower rating I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORALITY.
