      I don’t know who the manager is here but they clearly need more tellers and need to take charge. A manager should go behind the window in case of long waits, it shows a lot of leadership skills. So far he (African American gentleman) just sits there in his cubicle, even if he isn’t sitting with anyone or on the phone helping anyone. This location is short staffed. I’m not sure if it’s because no one else wants to work there. Or because they don’t want more than 2 tellers per shift because they don’t want to pay more money. Whoever is handing this branch is doing a very bad job. Also, needs better management. I urge they take the Rockville location as an example.
