      Frank is very rude, and not helpful at all. After sitting for over 20 minutes, he takes a couple Dad arrived after me and told me I would have to wait. I know they didn’t have an appointment because they said they didn’t have an appointment

      This bank operates 3-4 days behind real time. If you set text alert for withdraws on debit or credit cards. You will get the text alert 2-3 days later between 12 midnight and 4 am... I complain all the time about this and nothing is ever done to bring the ageing system up to date. The bill pay system is the same problem...
