      First, I will say that I am going to recommend my friend who has her business account with you folks to seek a more friendlier bank. I dread when I have to make change for our company because a teller there is probably one of the rudest individuals that I have ever encountered. She has the personality of a slug and definitely does not need to be working in a bank or with the public. How about being positive? We will refer to her as "A." She has been short with me for the last three visits and one visit she was . I hope someone in management talks to her because her demenour is very off putting to customers.
