      Been here a few times and had good experiences. The manager was especially considerate and professional during my last visit here.

      The bank is extremely slow with clearing checks that were suppose to be cleared days ago. M&T is one of the most known banks but it might just be be the worst. It's very hard to obtain your own money. The customer support member at the branch decided to hang up on me as I was about to ask a question. Instead she says "Okay" and hangs up. Very unprofessional. I recommend going to a different branch. It's worth the extra drive. Or simply switch to a new bank.
