      Went to M&T to find out what’s going on with my bank card and why I haven’t received one in the mail yet for TWO weeks now (sat outside in my car to make an appointment) and the lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude! She didn’t help me and her answers to all my questions was “I don’t know what to tell you, we’ve mailed one out already... what’s the point of working in a bank if you have no information based on the bank!
