      This insurance agency is probably one of the best in Boston. I've been with them in the past and left I've been back for several years now and let me tell you I'm glad that I did. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful they are very easy to do business with. Since coming back to them my policy has had discounts added to it and the ease of using the app for my payments are great. Before coming back I was with an insurance agency that was charging me for two cars for three years, when I finally inquired about why my bill was so high everything unfolded. I had bought a new vehicle and I made it clear that I was switching cars and I only needed one insured. I started researching a little, I had fell into a bad habit of just paying my policy and not opening up my mail, because nobody really reads mail anymore. So I took a look at my policy after all these years and I'm like ok I'm paying for two cars. Went to the agent and he claimed that i never turned in my plates, so after standing in the registry for what seemed like hours to get a copy of my returned plates. I went to the agency and was told that I would not be reimbursed for those years because they were giving me a discount for having two cars insured. My policy actually stayed the same price after removing a vehicle. Luckily I had two people hit my my car and then my insurance company dropped me. That's when I went back to Mackenzie Udoji and I finally got treated like a customer that's paying for a service should be treated. Two thumbs up for this agency if anyone is looking for auto or life or home insurance please check these guys out i promise you that it would be one of the better decisions that you made in your life.
