  I was referred to Madison Chase Capital by a friend. My experience with Tanya and her team was outstanding! What I thought was impossible, was very much possible. They made the mortgage process easy. Any documents they requested, I made sure to get them over as quickly as possible. I closed on my home in less than 30 days. I will definitely use their services for any future real estate needs.

  I was in need of a loan officer to help me through the home buying process. I initially contacted Tanya Blanchard awhile back when I was referred to her by a close friend. I was instantly turned off by her callous attitude and lack of professionalism. She made a lot of negative assumptions about me and my financial status, which was very offensive. I never called her back after that. Fast forward to more recently, I decided to give her another try, thinking that I may have been too critical of her during my first encounter. Well, I wish I had never given her a 2nd try. She does not follow up or return calls or emails. She never followed through with her promises; and her Assistant seemed incompetent---as she had no clue what was going on with my file. I hate that I wasted an inquiry on my credit report dealing with this company. The home buying process is already stressful enough and Tanya just added to the stress level. I am a small business owner and I work with very affluent clients in the Atlanta area. I will never refer them to this company. Communication and professionalism are major factors when you are looking for a reputable lender during the home buying process. If you're reading this, my advice to you is to save yourself the stress and headache and go elsewhere.
