Tyler was really great on addressing all my questions and concerns, of which there were many as a first time buyer. From walking me through and explaining my loan detail options to handling my concerns about homeowners insurance and the up front costs (which there weren't any as they were part of the loan, which I didn't realize and was starting to panic a little over) and beyond. He responded to my texts by calling me and spent the time to explain everything to me and help me through the whole process. Thank you, Tyler!
