      Over the last couple of years DONALD MOLINA with Mann Mortgage has helped me with 4 mortgages and two refi's. Needless to say Donny has done an awesome job helping me get my home loans and I would 100% recommend working with him. Not only did I get great rates on my properties, but every step of the way Donny and his wonderful support staff helped me get all my paperwork in order and were great communicators. Now having done this process a number of times, you realize how important communication is, especially when dealing with a potentially stressful path of locking in those essential funds.       I felt that Eric really wanted me to get this loan. That was different from another mortgage company rep that I had talked to. I was in the customer service business for 14 years and it makes a difference. The customer has to feel you and when they do, they believe in what you tell them.
