  It is so hard to find the proper words when you receive service from someone and a business that goes beyond any expectations that you could ever expect and for see. My journey with buying a home started 2 ½ yrs ago with a phone call to Guaranteed Rate. I connected to a warm confident voice belonging to Marc Purvis. He gave me hope that buying a home was possible if I took the following steps which were communicated to me in emails, text messages and phone conversations.  I received a step by step guide from him as to how to improve my credit and get my finances in the correct order. I  began to feel I could make it to purchasing a home with Mr. Purvis’s patient guidance. As time move on with communications between us, Guaranteed rates ( Marc Purvis) made me literally feel like I am a family member. Since this was my first purchase, PMI, homeowners insurance, and the impact of home inspection repairs in relation to a credit at closing were all new terms for me.  Marc Purvis also had my back when the home owner insurance agent did not give me exactly what I needed for my property and guided me as to the specific items the insurance agent missed. Guaranteed Rate is by far the best business to watch your back and protect you in the home buying process. The knowledge and understanding of the real estate business  that Mr. Purvis has along with his leadership and team made it possible for me to achieve my dream of home ownership.
