I worked for them for almost a year never missed a day or late first to get there, and last to leave most days due to my Drug and Alcohol-free lifestyle as well as my sexual orientation I had gotten into several arguments with other employees, and on 10/31 at 7 am after I started my shift at 6 am I was told that they no longer wanted me at Moranda

Purchased a home from them and took almost 14 months to build! They will not budge one ounce in changing something. After it was clear that our lives got screwed up because of the delay in completing the home they did offer to give us our deposit back. However, we were in such a pickle that the time it would take to refund our money and finally complete the house were the same. They did give us a stainless steel fridge which I hear has never been done before (I can get pretty ugly when backed against a wall). Finally move in and problems galore! Now they were very good at getting people out here to fix it and the guy that comes out is super sweet! Love my new home not gonna lie just such a headache!

If I could I would had given no stars what so ever, after being lied, scream, disrespected, and said no..I opted for not buying a home with this builder. Now I'm asking for my deposit back, and rudely by the agent said I'll give it to you back when I said I wasn't a satisfy customer. I was like you preferred to loose a sell that helping me? After agent said let me find out if I can do it, no luck, was a can't do it ..Now for the suddenly I have to wait for an specific person to call, by the way communication with a people above the agent is a little uncomfortable. Impossible to do business with a company that you'll be afraid of being said no right away on your needs after purchasing a home.. House need lots of details to be fix, turn downs around details on the bad work it was made. Now what?
