Have been banking here since it was a small local bank back in the 1950' s. This is one bank that goes the extra mile for its customers. Convenient hours, drive-through banking, ample parking, and great employees. A few relatives have moved from the area and STILL bank at Maspeth Federal. Very community-minded with its sponsorship of the yearly parade, free concerts, etc. Just like family (maybe better---LOL)!

Very rude staff like extremely rude. They wouldn't let me withdraw from MY OWN account. My name is on the bank book and i had MY ID. DO NOT BANK HERE. horrible. not to mention the drive through literally takes 30 mins for a simple transaction.

This is an old time bank with old fashioned friendly service. I used to come here as a kid in the 1960s to get my interest posted in my passbook savings account. Lots of fond memories of the trolley car. My parents and sisters still do their banking here and have for decades. They survived the savings and loan crash and the financial crash so they are doing something right!
