When my husband died a year ago, I knew things would be difficult for a while, but then the landlord decided to give the house we've rented for 25 years to his son who has just graduated from college. With this much on my plate, I chose to trust my realtor for a mortgage broker and not "shop around" as we are urged to do. Each time I contacted Matt with questions, he had honest answers. He never left me waiting to hear from him, and once I just decided to meet him at his office to take care of a few matters. The office was a large, very professional setting, and I noticed that when we sat down to the table, Matt took a sideways look at my page of handwritten questions, then started answering them right away. A very bright man here! His advice and patience with me as a first time buyer with little knowledge of things pertaining to real estate will not be forgotten. What could have been a nightmare in the current Denver real estate market became a happy experience with a very happy ending. Thank you to Envoy Mortgage. :)
