      Hello BUYERS PLEASE STAY AWAY me and my wife recently moved into our new home in May and we were so excited especially after hearing many good things about Mattamy homes as a creditable builder. At this point we cannot be more than wrong with that statement. Our new home has been a Nightmare and Mattamy has been terrible at upholding quality control. The house was completely rushed very sloppy work. The icing on the cake is that the house was sold to us without a working AC unit in the main part of summer with heat waring going and I also had a 30 week pregnant wife who couldn't even stay at our home for the 1st few weeks of obtaining the home. When I informed Mattamy over the issues they stated that the house was supposed to be that hot and that I could not have multiple people over. Come to find out that the back portion of my home was completely missing insulation and for that reason the house would not cool. The only reason this was discovered was because my father in law went in the attic and took pictures of the missing insulation. When the builder went up to look at the AC unit they did not disclose any of that information. Very poor workmanship and to be honest they are not trust wordy in the work and what they say. Also they do not respond when you have a issue. The only reason I had any support in fixing the AC for our new home was because I messaged the management builder for Arizona for Mattamy so our AC could be fixed but please stray far far away Please stay away and do not get tricked into buying a home from this builder as they will take your money and leave you high and dry.
