  A lot of roof/water leaks in this neighborhood. And I guess the warranty expired before the house was sold. Good luck getting that taken care of. Some neighbors are nice. Some like to hen peck you into submission. Spectrum has better performance here than other neighborhoods. There also is a parking limit on how many vehicles you own. if you are thinking about this prospect, keep that in mind. Overall, looks nice. Enjoyed my visit.

  Horrible company. Do you not even think about buying from them. The letter to their US President sums up most of the issues. Good Afternoon Mr. Skelly, My name is John D’Amico potential owner of the properly located at 7974 Corckfield Avenue Orlando Fl. 32832. I’m in the process of trying to get a home complete with the organization that you just started your new employment with. I will say that I honestly will say that I never in my imagination thought that I was going to experience the amount of issues and turmoil I’ve dealt with so far with Mattamy. More importantly, the lies, the delay tactics, and the lack of leadership throughout the entire Orlando division has been an extreme disappointment. I honestly would never recommend Mattamy homes to anyone and for the amount of money I’m spending to build this home $445K, I would have expected much better customer service and support. Instead, it has been from my perception, an absolute disaster. To start, I’m now 60 days and counting in a hotel. My family of 4, plus a dog have been residing in a 600 sq ft hotel room that has been plagued with car break-ins, drunk people stumbling down the halls every night, and us living in a relatively unsafe environment. I signed a contract with your company in March of 2018. I was told that the inventory home that I selected will be complete no later than April/May the latest. They were pushing me to sign the contract, was very quick to take my money, and then crickets. I started asking questions right away because it felt like things were not moving on my home. I was met with delay tactics such as “we are looking into it”, “we will get back to you’, etc. etc. The Orlando division used their sales rep as a buffer to me and that was it. To date, we are still dealing with the terrible level of customer service, still in a hotel, and still getting fed the same lies on a daily basis.
