      MB Means (big) Business. Which also means they don't give.a crap about the common person. Absolutely terrible at every branch I've been to. Bring back American chartered!!!

      Giving it a 1 star because can't give 0. Worst customer service ever. I went there 2 weeks ago to close my credit card and get my security deposit back. The girl told me it will take 24 hours to get money so i called in next day to ask for update. Other girl said because its Veterans day money will be on Monday or Tuesday latest. Next week on Thursday i made a trip to this bank again and turns out money wasn't there. I spent 1 hour with 3 months old baby waiting till one of cashiers was trying to email someone asking for my money she didn't even bother to call to their credit card department. I said I have no time waiting any longer, I had to pick up my older son from school. Other girl picked up the phone and called someone. She told me that money should be released very next day. It been a week since then and I heard nothing from them. I can't believe that financial organisation like bank could be so disorganized. I will never use this bank in my life again and i will tell this story to as many people as I can so they can save themselves from a trouble dealing with this bank.
