  i don’t want to give a low rating to the place as a whole. the environment and people are amazing except for the two that i met with today. a customer is allowed to change their mind if a car doesn’t make them happy, and giving them attitude over it is beyond unprofessional. other than those 2, everyone else was amazing. while i sat and waited, soo many salesmen stopped and chatted with me and i even got to meet their work doggo! vinny, sorry i “wasted your time.” but in your line of work, people saying no and changing their mind is to be expected.

  My first experience with the dealership was great, but over the years things have gone downhill. This last experience was disappointing. I brought my truck in for a check engine light and it was kept for 3 weeks. I barely received any information about what was wrong or how long it would take. I was getting conflicting information every time I called to check on it, and after waiting weeks the problem just “went away”. The lack of information really didn’t leave a good feeling about the service and it seems like the people barely cared about me being there. Overall, it was frustrating to have to deal with a problem with a new vehicle, be without it for almost a month and then be practically ignored while I was there.
