      I have been a member since 1998, but the service as of late is horrible. I have called numerous time trying to apply for a business CC. You need a verification code in order to do so and no one knows how to send it to me. Horrible

      When it was staffed by people I never had better, more friendly service. Now the staff has been replaced by a bank of robots with one real person in the lobby. You can talk to a real person through one of the robotsbut that just isn't customer service of the previous level. Not going to
