      Process was simple. It took two days to apply and receive funds on line. Jasmine was my representative. She was patient, pleasant and extremely helpful. I hope that she receives the acknowledgement she deserves. The only problem I'm having is downloading my documents for my records.

      Visited the Towson branch to retrieve a document. The salesperson began conducting and asking me personal questions / business while I sat in the lobby and she sat at her desk. We were both masked. This experience made me feel unappreciated and not valued as a customer.
