      Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a financial institution. They accumulated a classic car loan of mine.. and after trying to get the payoff balance for the last 3 weeks over the phone, they finally email it over with a hefty payoff fee I never agreed to with the original loan. Unprofessional and discourteous. No stars.
