      What's the purpose in this location if there's no drive-thru? At least open the lobby.

      Hi Derrick. That specific location's lobby closed due to Covid about a year ago. We are currently in the process of a phased reopening plan for all our retail centers and will make announcements as those reopenings occur. This location does have two new image ATMs that can complete many common transactions. Our Main Office location at 202 4th St NE in Roanoke is currently open for full service, which might be the closest open lobby location to our Franklin Rd facility for you.
