      I would give 0 stars if possible. Went through hell and back attempting to get a new debit card after fraudulent activity. Never sent me a card. Went to the branch to get me a temporary card, sent me an email to choose the card, link wouldnt work because it said my DOB and SSN were incorrect. Tell me how ive had an account for 8 years and all of a sudden I don't know my own personal information? It was changed in the system. Called to figure this out they said it was changed in 2017. Thats comforting to know they've been discussing my information with someone who cannot verify the info listed on the account. Ive never been satisfied or happy with BB&T since moving to this area. Poor service.
