So tired of phone automation that doesn’t let me just speak to a person. If you fail to enter any information so they can give you a run around it hangs up. Can’t someone just answer the phone?

They’ve REALLY gone way downhill over the past year. Between losing my money, my account rep disappearing and giving ownership of my bank account to someone else while I was out of town, sad to say I’ll be looking for another bank.
