      Just tried to pay my car loan in branch. ID is expired they refused. I have DMV receipt they never asked for. Branch manager confirmed from his desk across the office that he could not help me. They lazy guy couldn't even get up and figure things out like a real manager should. Pathetic. Was thinking of switching banks but after today I wouldn't want to deal with a place that manages like this. Walked outside and called in my payment no issues. What a horrible policy
