      Very helpful, amazing customer service, and always smiling and happy. Many times I get there last minute they stay over and helped. Always on top of their game, very helpful and I've never waited more than 2-3 minutes in line and was helped immediately. Great friendly staff, great service I could not ask for more. Thank you for what you do, you are well appreciated!

      BEWARE!! This bank is a fraud! I opened a account at this branch for the opening bonus and they promised me once I complete the requirements I will get $500 in 2 weeks. I met all the requirements and I still did not get the bonus. It’s been 6 MONTHS!! I and my husband followed up several times with everyone at the branch and also online. They have the worst customer service. Never going to trust anyone at this bank! They will try to sell you their other products like credit card. Don’t be fooled! Go somewhere else. US Bank is a FRAUD!

      Unhelpful and unpleasant staff! Customer service need to be improved! They definitely doesn't care about their customers or maybe do it very selective
