  Not sure why there is a whole dang building open only for drive thru services only and you can't walk in without an appointment, so now i have to go farther out of my way to another branch, I can walk into freely. Was happy there was a location nearby to where I moved,but scheduling isn't something I'm able to do.

  I am sorry this change is less convenient for you, some of our branches being drive thru only is due to an increase of members using our digital services to remotely deposit checks, apply for loans, setup payments and transfers, and other services they used to do at a branch. This change in behavior caused a sharp decline in in-person activity at a few of our branches, causing us to update how they are staffed. Appointments can be made through our website at any time, and we have 5 full service branches throughout the Metro, with the closest to Cornhusker being our 50th & L location. Outside of that, our mobile banking app and online services can likely cover most, if not all of your banking needs, and our call center staff would be happy to guide you through any setup, or questions you may have.

  Gave us multiple counterfeit $100 bills- verified by another bank that caught it right away. When we asked them how they were going to make it right, they did not take responsibility and told us that we were simply out of luck. Makes you wonder how many other people have gotten and will get screwed by this branch.
