      I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan Grant on two occasions. The first time was the purchase our first home. As most of you know, buying your first home can be scary. He made the whole process from beginning to end an absolute pleasure. The second time was when we refinanced our home and turned it into a rental property. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to investment properties and was integral in making ours a success. When we purchased an investment property out of state, Ryan couldn't handle the loan but put us in touch with someone local that we knew we could trust.       Ryan Grant has been my mortgage broker for close to 15 years and in that time I have been fortunate enough for a dozen loans/refinances with Ryan. He knows the mortgage business inside and out.
