  Mike is the best mortgage person I've ever worked with. Top notch communication: extremely responsive and on top of everything ahead of schedule. Mike knows all of the in's and out's of the process and explains everything thoroughly and in an understandable manner. We were told that the main reason our offer to purchase was accepted was because Mike was behind the loan and so the seller knew the loan would close, which of course it did. People in the business know that Mike's loans close, period. This fact made our offer stronger, and ultimately allowed us to purchase the home of our dreams. Therefore, if you have Mike's name behind your loan, you have a stronger offer and a better chance, especially in a competitive market. I highly recommend Mike and American Home Mortgage Group. We plan on using his services in the future and will continue letting others know how great it was working with Mike.
