  Michelle Matthews with Movement was absolutely brilliant to work with. White glove service doesn't even begin to describe the level of service I received using her as my Loan Officer. From day one, it was clear that she had my best interests at heart and would work her hardest to ensure we could get into the house of our dreams. As first time home buyers, who found themselves purchasing from 4,000 miles away, Michelle was incredibly patient and accomodating dealing with our peculiar time zone differences and loads of questions. When it came time to making our purchase offer, which happened to be on Christmas week, Michelle worked at break neck speed to develop our customized pre-approval letter and ensure the Seller's Agent understood our loan eligibility. We were grateful to have succeeded so early in our home buying experience (30 days from starting the house hunting), which was no doubt in part to her service. When it came time to finalizing our loan, Michelle helped us to find the best rates and best strategy for meeting our target numbers. Because of her quick work, we were able to lock in interest rates before they skyrocketed (literally days before massive national increases!), during the most competitive market in the last 30 years, over Christmas holidays. Where else are you going to get this legendary level of service from? During every step of the closing process, Michelle ensured we knew exactly where we were, what was left, and what we had to do to ensure we closed within our 30 day closing window. Because of this, we ended finalizing all of the underwriting steps ahead of schedule. Seriously, avoid the big online online services (i.e Rocket) - they simply can't compete with a local Loan Officer in this market, don't waste your time! I highly recommend Michelle Matthews for your home purchase!

  Michelle Mathews is just awesome! We wanted to refinance our home and take a little cash out for a car for our teenager, and so I called a lender I have recommended for over 5 years. And I am a very active Realtor, so that is a lot of referrals. We got an amazing rate at 2.75% and we were all set to move forward. That was in October. I kept asking for updates on where we were in the process and just got push back. "New purchases take priority over refinances and we are swamped." That is the answer I had been getting every time I asked when we could close on the loan. In December I was just so frustrated not knowing when we would close, I called Michelle. She was a dream. Not only did she beat the rate by 0.125%, she said we should be able to close by the end of the year. "Done!" That was my response. A little over 2 weeks later we closed on the refinance and now have the money in the bank before the end of the year and we are poised to buy that car. Michelle and her team really went to bat for us, and we are so grateful. Guess who gets my referrals moving forward for the next 5 years+? Yep. Michelle!
