      Do not use this company, customer service is horrible. If you miss a payment for whatever reason it about takes an act of god to then make up the payment when it should just be a simple phone call. I do not recommend this company at all.

      Contacted Chris Trumble he contacted us for information and then not a word for almost 2 weeks. I sent message he then responded a few days later asking if available to talk amd when we would be available.. We responded and gave a time, never heard back and we decided to move on. We are now accepted and working with another company and getting our first house. I think maybe we weren't meeting his "criteria" but regardless of that it would have been nice to be treated as if we were! In a business sense must say worst expierence for first time buyers. Will not recommend to anyone and will definetly detour anyone we know from this company.
