If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible customer service and terrible attitude problems toward elderly people or people with learning disabilities. I suggest BancFirst to anyone looking to get a bank account. Midfirst is supposed to be customers first but with these employees I beg to differ. Do better, in such an ugly world, do better!

An excellent bank, but my experience with a girl from the staff was not good, she was not respectful at all, she answered in a very arrogant way and as a client that is what we value the most. Personally, I never did less or spoke ill of her. I hope they can improve customer service. The girl's name is Daniela. Too bad she doesn't give a good deal, for people like her they lose good clients or even good workers.
