      If I could give a negative * I would. RUN dont walk away from this complete fiasco of a bank. They will site every reason for being so bad. If thats the case then why are all other banks open and doing business. I would get my money out of there as quick as I could but they put it in the wrong persons account. Now they wont give me my money back and you cant get them on the phone. I have had two appointments there and still no answer. They said they would call, they would send me a check, they would check in the back office, blah blah blah. They took the money out of the wrong account but where did it go..NOBODY KNOWS. Thieves. RUN RUN RUN Away

      The experience with Truist overall is by far THE WORST I’ve ever encountered with ANY BUSINESS!! Before Truist I was with Suntrust for over 5 years with absolutely NO problems but once Truist bought out Suntrust the nightmare began. Truist sent my debit card to the wrong address and refused to verify with me where the card was sent, not to mention the card was activated and USED. Luckily the transactions were declined but now my account is blocked I can’t get any of MY OWN money even going inside the branch. Truist is a JOKE! Run while you can because everyone is either clueless or not helpful. 0 STAR and I will be getting in contact with the BBB
