      Horrible company. My mortgage was transferred to them a few months ago. First they couldn't figure out my paperwork and I couldn't make a payment for 2 months. Customer service told me I didn't need to make a payment then got a bill for $5k due immediately. This was on top of other payments made. Now they incorrectly reported that my loan is in forbearance and want to take their sweet time correcting it. Nothing but horrible experiences. Steer clear
