Horrible horrible horrible customer service. EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY I am not speaking about the protocols that were done. I’m talking about how one of your employees treated your CUSTOMERS during the process. No reply or excuse good enough for that.

Manager Angela is very unprofessional. She is retaliating against customers by holding money that isn’t theirs because she doesn’t like the way she was talked to. Respect goes both ways, and when I’m not shown respect from the beginning I will absolutely not give respect back.
