  My wife and I would like to give a big thank you to Mike Diaz for helping us secure this mortgage. We would not have our home if it was not for him. The seller requested some very difficult and time sensitive contingencies to meet. Mike was able to meet all of these requirements on time. He also saved the deal by thinking outside the box. When the appraisal came in well below the asking price because of a faulty appraisal, Mike was able to provide a solution. He contacted both the homeowners association president and CMG to find a solution and he did. Through creative financing we were able to put 25% down and also gave me a great all in one product that will allow me to save on interest and pay the property down quickly. He also spent a lot of time on the phone with me and my retirement account to try and obtain the required paperwork that the under writers requested. He did not give up after many attempts to obtain the paperwork. This is a very difficult market for the average American to purchase a home in and I did not think we would get this property. Several times we thought we would not get it and somehow Mike was able to find a way to overcome the obstacles. We are truly grateful to Mike for all he did for us because we love our new home and we owe it all to him.

  This is a dream come true, and I have to say Mike Diaz is an angel, he never leave me alone through the process, always explain everything to me and make all my process go smooth, even on weekends he answer the phone for me to help me and guide me, im so happy that finally I have a house and everything is thanks to Mike, and CMG Financial I totally recommend it !!
