Great car loan rates and dedicated staff. Amy helped me obtain a very low vehicle loan rate and even thought she experienced some system issues, she kept pushing through. Instead of telling me to come back the next day, she had 4 or 5 people on a conference call trying to figure out the issue. Amy persisted and was able to get the loan completed. The other bank staff was very courteous and easy to work with.

Was disappointed.... asked for a certain amount for a auto loan and was denied and was given a lesser amount . I turned it down after asking after asking a couple more times for the amount I wanted. Went to my other credit union Wings Financial and they gave me exactly the amount I requested
