      People on the outside customer service are fine. The bank itself cannot and will not fullful it fiduciarily duties. I deposit a check that is over 50,000.00 they gave me 250.00 and held the rest. Withholding money our of my account even though the check cleared the writers bank is umconsciable and in my opinion is stealing my money by withholding it from account owner while they invest it somewhere else. I will be leaving this bank. Paid my mortgage off they told me I had to wait 3 months before they can clear my title. It took a call to bank president to get the so called over worked staff to release my property title timely. A fiduciary duty! Not taking any more . Good bye, no way ever would I buy stock in this company. Beware citizens of Mineola and Lindale. Now looking for local banker that can understand business and requirements to make payroll to keep my business alive.
